The global technology leader, Lenovo, has announced a significant expansion of its brand presence in India, unveiling the Indian cricket team sensation, Jasprit Bumrah and the renowned gaming content creator, Mithilesh Patankar, popularly known as Mythpat, as its newest brand ambassadors.

This strategic collaboration coincides with the launch of Lenovo’s impactful new campaign, “Damn the Odds,” designed to inspire and empower India’s dynamic Gen Z audience.

The “Damn the Odds” campaign is rooted in the understanding that today’s youth thrive under pressure. From academic rigour and entrepreneurial challenges to societal expectations and intense competition, Gen Z navigates a multifaceted landscape of obstacles. Lenovo aims to position its cutting-edge, AI-powered technology not merely as a supportive tool but as a “performance multiplier,” enabling this generation to overcome hurdles and achieve their peak potential.

Compelling campaign films showcase how both Bumrah and Mythpat leverage Lenovo’s AI-driven innovations to amplify their capabilities. One key visual feature Bumrah training in a futuristic, AI-powered lab. Here, Lenovo’s “AI Now” technology meticulously analyses his every wrist movement and ball trajectory through detailed simulations and real-time comparisons. This advanced analysis empowers Bumrah to decode his movements, pinpoint areas for improvement, and ultimately refine his delivery, demonstrating the tangible impact of smart training and AI insights on game-day results.
