Lenovo becomes official technology partner for upcoming FIFA World Cups

As part of the agreement, Lenovo will supply cutting-edge devices and solutions to power the FIFA World Cup 2026 and the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2027.

FIFA, the global governing body of football, has announced a landmark partnership with Lenovo, a leading technology company, naming Lenovo as the official FIFA technology partner.

This collaboration underscores Lenovo’s commitment to delivering advanced technology solutions for the world’s most popular sport.

As part of the agreement, Lenovo will supply cutting-edge devices and solutions, including ThinkPad laptops, tablets, Motorola mobile phones, and servers, to power the FIFA World Cup 2026 and FIFA Women’s World Cup 2027. Lenovo’s technology is set to enhance the fan experience, streamline data analytics, and democratise access to football-related data worldwide.

The FIFA World Cup 2026 will feature 48 teams, competing across the United States, Canada, and Mexico, marking the largest tournament in history. In 2027, the FIFA Women’s World Cup will be held in Brazil, a first for the tournament in South America.
