Leicester Tigers, one of English rugby’s most iconic clubs, have inked a new long-term partnership with Castore, the premium British sportswear brand.

Castore has become the official kit supplier of Leicester Tigers as part of the long-term agreement, supplying playing gear, training wear, and athleisure for the men’s, women’s, wheelchair, and academy teams. The first collection of items will be released in August ahead of the new season, with outfits to be worn by England players like as Freddie Steward and Ollie Chessum, as well as new Leicester Tigers women’s squad member, French U20 International and emerging sensation Eneka Labeyrie.

Castore will handle kit production as well as the club’s physical and online retail operations as part of this strategic agreement, allowing fans to get more Leicester Tigers merchandise. The new line will also be available for purchase in person at Castore’s Leicester Highcross store.

Tom Beahon, Co-founder of Castore, said, “We’re thrilled to welcome Leicester Tigers into the Castore family. This partnership marks another step in our mission to support world-class teams with world-class apparel. Leicester Tigers’ rich history and passionate fanbase are the perfect match for our high-performance sportswear, and we’re proud to have the side join several top-tier rugby clubs choosing Castore to kit them out. Going into the 2025-26 season, this new partnership means we’ll be equipping half the Gallagher Premiership with the performance sportswear they need on matchday, in training and at leisure.

“This represents our full dedication to investing in rugby in this country, both at the elite club level with Tigers and others, and at national level, with England Rugby also sporting the Castore wings. We look forward to seeing the wings now take to the field at Mattioli Woods Welford Road this coming season and beyond.”

Leicester Tigers, Chief Executive Officer, Andrea Pinchen, said, “We are delighted to finalise a long term technical agreement with Castore. We join a list of clubs that will benefit from their investment in rugby and, throughout the process, have been extremely impressed by the quality of the range that our players and fans will have available to them.”

“Castore’s expertise in curating retail experiences was a major reason for choosing them as our technical partner and to have them managing our retail arm for the club moving forward. Additionally, with a flagship store in the Highcross centre, we are delighted that Leicester Tigers merchandise will once again be available in the centre of our great city. We are determined to build on this year’s successes on the pitch and look forward to doing so in a brilliant set of kits for the new season.”

This partnership marks Castore’s continuous involvement in professional rugby, as it now supplies five Gallagher Premiership clubs, including Saracens, Bath, Harlequins, and Exeter Chiefs. In addition, Castore announced an intriguing new agreement with England Rugby in April.

This comes ahead of the Women’s Rugby World Cup on home soil this summer, with the Red Roses wearing Castore-branded clothing for the first time and setting the tone for the next season. Castore’s rising presence in rugby underlines its dedication to supporting high-performance players and clubs while also encouraging those at the grassroots level, since the sport is fundamental to the identities of many communities across the United Kingdom.
