Absolute Legends Sports, the promoter of the Legends League Cricket (LLC), a cricket league involving veteran players, has obtained INR 39 crore from Brickwork. As per the founder, Raman Raheja, the latest funding round has valued the league at INR 350 crore.
The funds will be utilised for growth initiatives, LLC stated in a news statement.
Raman Raheja and Vivek Khushalani helped establish the league in 2021, and it includes six franchises: India Capitals, Gujarat Giants, Bhilwara Kings, Manipal Tigers, Urban Risers Hyderabad, and Southern Superstars.
Notably, investors in the competition include Vikram Singhania, Jayant Davar, Sanjay Gupta, and Arvind Singhania.

This investment by Brickwork and Ali Parvez Khan demonstrates Legends League Cricket’s expanding popularity and potential, which has sparked substantial interest from both investors and fans.
The forthcoming season of LLC features a franchise model, with six teams made up of legendary cricket luminaries. Ross Taylor, Irfan Pathan, Harbhajan Singh, Aaron Finch, and Chris Gayle are among the anticipated participants.
The marquee T20 tournament’s 2024 edition is set to take place between September 11 and October 5, 2024, with matches conducted in India and Qatar.
The league also claims to have achieved 1.56 billion viewers worldwide last year and hopes to fascinate even more people. With an increased roster of 34 matches involving cricket legends, it hopes to create a memorable season that will boost cricket’s festive spirit throughout the area.
