The sports management and talent representation firm, LegaXy, has strengthened its growing cricket portfolio by signing emerging Delhi cricketer Yash Bhatia, adding another young prospect to a roster that features a mix of established international players and rising domestic talent.
Bhatia has come through Delhi’s age-group cricket structure and has represented the state at Under-19 level. A right-handed batter and right-arm fast bowler, he has subsequently moved into the senior domestic setup, marking the next stage of his development within one of India’s most competitive cricketing ecosystems.
His performances in the Delhi Premier League have provided a further boost to his profile. Representing North Delhi Strikers, Bhatia produced an unbeaten 90 from 51 deliveries against Central Delhi Kings during the 2026 season. Available tournament statistics credit him with 266 runs from six innings at an average of 53.20 and a strike rate of 165.22, underlining his potential in the T20 format.
Bhatia has also featured in Delhi’s senior setup, including the state’s squad for the 2025-26 Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy. His progression from age-group cricket to senior domestic competition makes him a potentially valuable long-term talent as franchise and private cricket ecosystems increasingly identify players before they establish themselves at the highest level.
The signing also fits LegaXy’s broader talent-management strategy. The agency’s cricket roster includes established names such as Harshit Rana, Yuzvendra Chahal, Harbhajan Singh, Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Ishant Sharma, Umesh Yadav, and Ravisrinivasan Sai Kishore.
By combining experienced international cricketers with emerging prospects such as Bhatia, LegaXy is positioning itself across different stages of the athlete lifecycle. Its offering extends beyond representation to areas including career planning, brand partnerships, content, intellectual property, licensing and commercial development.
Bhatia’s addition therefore represents more than another roster expansion. It highlights the increasing importance of early-stage athlete management, where agencies can help shape a player’s sporting identity and commercial proposition well before national or franchise-level recognition.
For LegaXy, the focus will now be on converting Bhatia’s emerging on-field credentials into a sustainable long-term career and commercial platform.
