LaLiga strikes content partnership with Snapchat

The Spanish top-tier football league, LaLiga, has announced a new content partnership with one of the leading social media platforms, Snapchat. This new agreement will bring premium content to millions of Snapchat’s fanbase.

Across a solely devoted show called ‘LaLiga Show Time,’ the short clip platform’s global society of over 347 million individuals will have the chance to witness weekly soccer highlights, historic archives, behind-the-scenes content, top goals and saves of the season.

Content posted by LaLiga’s ‘Snap Star’ profile on Snapchat’s ‘Stories’ and ‘Spotlight’ attributes will also be made accessible. The collaboration also necessitates the implementation of augmented reality (AR) lens experiences, Cameos, Bitmojis, filters, and stickers.

LaLiga intends that the partnership will assist the tournament to expand its reach by leveraging advanced new technologies and Snapchat’s global growth and expansion strategy.
