LaLiga joins forces with Nissan

With this development, e-POWER technology will be featured throughout the competition in the upcoming season.

The Spanish top flight competition, LaLiga has struck a partnership with the automobile manufacturer, Nissan. In this association, the football league will team up with the brand’s e-POWER technology until June 2023. 

The two parties involved are two of the leading entities in their respective fields.

Javier Tebas, President of LaLiga, said, “Nissan, like LaLiga, is a brand with a desire to improve and that seeks constant optimization of everything it does. That is why we have associated ourselves with it, we share values ​​that make us leading brands at a national and international level”.

Speaking on the collaboration, Nissan, Bruno Mattucci, General Director of Nissan Iberia said, “Two leading brands have come together to explain a technology that will revolutionize the lives of citizens and that will introduce improvements in their daily lives while producing positive environmental, economic and social That technology is called e-POWER.”

With this development, e-POWER technology will be featured throughout the competition in the upcoming season. The brand will be affiliated with players of the week, and certain matches, among several other activations. 

Ahead of the commencement of the new season of the competition, the league is gearing up on the commercial field. 

Apart from its collaboration with Nissan, LaLiga has also lately signed deals with EA Sports, Saran Group, San Miguel, Ziggo, Optus Sport, and Premier Sports

LaLiga 2022/23 will commence on August 13, when Osasuna square off with Sevilla at 12:30 AM IST at El Sadar.
