LALIGA forges sponsorship ties with Uber Eats until 2027

Uber Eats will be completely integrated with the 20-team LALIGA, with an appearance on all platforms, including digital media and stadium signs.

LALIGA, the premier football league in Spain, has developed a sponsorship agreement with Uber Eats, an online food delivery platform, until the end of the 2026–27 season.

Uber Eats will be completely integrated with the 20-team LALIGA over the next three years, with an appearance on all platforms, including digital media and stadium signs.

Through the partnership, the two parties will also provide fans with access to home deliveries from restaurants and supermarkets via the Uber Eats app, as well as the opportunity to win special experiences, rewards, and official LALIGA merchandise.

Furthermore, Uber Eats will also sponsor the ‘Giveaway of the Matchday,’ which recognises the most outstanding goal assist in a match.

Every week, using the platform’s social media, Uber Eats customers will be able to vote for the greatest attendance of the day and join a drawing for unique LALIGA and Uber Eats experiences.

Jorge de la Vega, Chief Executive of LALIGA, said, “The alliance with Uber Eats is a natural partnership for us, the gastronomy-football combination is and will be one of the keys to this sport in Spain.”

Uber Eats’ sports sponsorship portfolio also comprises an agreement with the French Football Federation (FFF) through 2025. Nevertheless, the platform has been replaced by global fast-food behemoth McDonald’s as the title sponsor of Ligue 1 for the next three campaigns.
