The sports governing body for competitive amateur gymnastics, British Gymnastics has inked a partnership extension with the global sportswear brand, Kukri Sports.
This historic agreement will see Kukri and British Gymnastics work together with a strong emphasis on purpose and effect. The new agreement will extend the collaboration for at least eight years.
As part of this landmark agreement, Kukri will remain the official teamwear partner of British Gymnastics, providing official teamwear to gymnasts and coaches representing Great Britain globally in every gymnastics disciplines. This encompasses artistic gymnastics, trampolining, tumbling, DMT, rhythmic gymnastics, acrobatic gymnastics, aerobic gymnastics, and TeamGym. Kukri will also offer teamwear for recreational gymnastics exhibition festivals like Gymnaestrada and EuroGym.
Furthermore, British Gymnastics will now be able to provide free performance teamwear to all GB teams. In addition to equipping elite teams, Kukri and British Gymnastics will collaborate to engage with the organization’s 1,400 member clubs and over 400,000 members. This collaboration seeks to bring the benefits of Kukri’s high-quality gear to a wider audience, including the first official replica kits.
Beyond supplying top-tier equipment, the alliance is genuinely committed to making a positive difference. Kukri and British Gymnastics are dedicated to supporting the new vision for gymnastics, which was announced last year and aims to provide an uplifting experience for everybody while also ensuring that gymnastics is pleasant, safe, and accessible to everyone.
The fact that gymnastics involves hundreds of thousands of young girls in physical activity each year, British Gymnastics is dedicated to assisting more women and girls in staying active and narrowing the gender activity gap in society. As part of this collaboration, Kukri will promote innovation in kit design to promote women in gymnastics, with an emphasis on comfort and style.
Additionally, ecological sustainability will be a key component of the relationship. Kukri and British Gymnastics plan to work together to speed up their attempts to reduce environmental impact, showing a shared dedication to sustainable practices.

This collaboration is not just about supplying kit but about making a meaningful impact. We are dedicated to supporting British Gymnastics in their mission to create an inclusive, safe, and enjoyable environment for all participants. By providing high-quality teamwear and working on initiatives around sustainability and gender inclusivity, we aim to enhance the experience for every gymnast and coach, from grassroots to elite levels. Together, we look forward to driving positive change and supporting the vibrant community that British Gymnastics represents.”

Everyone in the BG community is united by gymnastics, and this partnership will harness and enhance the pride and the passion that brings us all together, ensuring the athletes who represent our country can feel special with national kit they are proud to wear, as well as providing access to quality teamwear to everyone in our community.
“This is much more than a kit deal for us though – it’s a true partnership with purpose that will support our vision and values to benefit gymnastics and see us working together to drive the positive impact our sport can have for people, communities and society. Kukri’s commitment to this really stood out in our conversations with them, and we’re proud we will continue to have them as part of our family of BG partners. We’re really looking forward to the impact we can make over the coming years, together.”
