Konami Digital Entertainment, a global leader in digital entertainment, has announced an exciting new eFootball promotion starring football legend Sunil Chhetri, cricket players KL Rahul and Nitish Kumar Reddy, content producer Focused Indian, and actor Ahan Shetty.
The campaign will run from August to October 2025, resulting in a spectacular Meet & Greet event in Mumbai in December. The high-energy program commemorates India’s Independence Day and Diwali with tournaments, unique content releases, and incentives, as well as appearances by major Indian sports and cultural celebrities.
The marketing effort will consist of two major tournaments, the Independence Day Cup and the Diwali Cup, in which fans will have the opportunity to interact with an outstanding lineup that includes KL Rahul, Sunil Chhetri, Focused Indian (Karan Sonawane), Nitish Kumar Reddy, and Ahan Shetty.
In a first-of-its-kind creative partnership, KONAMI has also teamed up with famous visual artist and illustrator Santanu Hazarika to delight eFootball fans on Independence Day.

The eFootball India Discord server will serve as the focus for all campaign-related activities. Winners of UGC challenges, quizzes, scrims, and tournaments will get cash prizes and intriguing incentives. Importantly, the best performers in scrims and tournaments, as well as the most active user of the Discord server, will receive a unique invitation to the much anticipated Meet & Greet event in Mumbai.
