The Prime Volleyball League (PVL) team, Kochi Blue Spikers have inked a sponsorship deal with D-Light.
The company will serve as the associate sponsor of the team for the upcoming season. The team announced its new association on its social media platforms with the caption, “We are delighted to announce D-Light as our associate sponsor for the season 2 of @primevolley.”
D-Light provides solar panel services and products to customers, most importantly to those at the low-income level.
Previously, the PVL side had signed a partnership with companies like M-Swasth and Prestige for the upcoming season.
Kochi Blue Strikers hail from Kochi, India and primarily compete in the PVL. The volleyball team is owned by the Muthoot Pappachan Group. The team had a very miserable campaign last season as it gathered only two points and finished last in the standings.
The new edition of this marquee volleyball league will start on February 4 with Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Kochi as its main match centres.
