The Indian aluminium formwork entity, Knest has appointed the former Indian captain, Rahul Dravid as its new brand ambassador.
Speaking on the partnership with the current head coach of Team India, Nitin Mittal, Chairman & MD, Knest, said, “We have been fans of Dravid and everything he symbolises. His resilience, humility & masterful ability has always inspired us. He has taken cricket & the country forward, and we hope to do the same with Knest. It is an honour to have Dravid with us on this journey.”
Commenting on the association, Rahul Dravid, said, “I am happy to be a part of the Knest Family. I look forward to visiting the factory in person, interacting with the stakeholders, and understanding the ecosystem better. The former Indian top-order batter was nicknamed, “The Wall” due to his solid defence. Known for his determination, resistance and resilience on the field, Dravid had scored 13288 runs in his Test career and piled up 10889 runs in his ODI career with an average of 52.31 and 39.17, respectively. He is serving as the head coach of the Indian Cricket Team, since November 2021.
