Kayo to broadcast The Hundred for free in Australia

Kayo will be streaming all 64 league matches of The Hundred, 32 women's and men's matches each, along with the finals, live on Kayo Freebies.

The England and Wales Cricket Board’s (ECB) new 100-ball franchise competition The Hundred will be aired by Australian pay-TV network Foxtel on the free tier sports streaming platform Kayo Freebies.

Kayo will be streaming all 64 league matches of The Hundred, 32 women’s and men’s matches each, along with the finals, live on Kayo Freebies.

After acquiring an extensively territorial broadcast partnership for the tournament, live coverage of the franchise tournament is also available for Foxtel subscribers on the Fox Cricket channel.

Several Australian players have appeared for the new 100-ball tournament which includes Chris Lynn, D’Arcy Short and Josh Inglis. In the women’s competition, Sammy-Jo Johnson and Georgia Redmayne are also signed up.

Kayo Freebies was initially announced in October last year, with a deal that includes Australian soccer’s elite W-League and A-League competitions along with the domestic motorsport series Supercars.

The first match of The Hundred was played between Oval Invincibles and Manchester Originals where the former won the fixture by nine runs with Sam Billings was adjudged the Man of the Match. On the other hand, Oval Invincibles Women beat Manchester Originals Women by five wickets, Dane van Niekerk was the performer of the match.
