India Kawasaki Motors has reaffirmed its commitment to the country’s burgeoning motorsport ecosystem by returning as the official event partner for the Indian Supercross Racing League (ISRL) Season 2.

The partnership marks an elevation from Kawasaki’s role as an industry partner in the inaugural season. For Season 2, the brand will supply dirt bikes for the league’s Freestyle Motocross (FMX) showcase events and spearhead on-ground fan engagement activities across all 18 races.

A centerpiece of the collaboration is the Kawasaki KLX230, a new dual-purpose motorcycle manufactured in India. The model will play a key role in promotional activities, underscoring Kawasaki’s focus on broadening access to off-road motorcycling while strengthening its local production footprint.

Commenting on the announcement, Yamashita Yutuka, Managing Director of India Kawasaki Motors Pvt. Ltd., said, “Kawasaki is proud to scale our commitment to ISRL Season 2. By integrating our dirt bikes into the FMX spectacle and showcasing our new Kawasaki KLX230 made-in-India dual-purpose motorcycle, we’re accelerating India’s off-road revolution and becoming Off Road No. 1 globally. This partnership positions ISRL as the launchpad where riders discover their next adventure.”

Veer Patel, Co-Founder & Director ISRL, added, “We’re thrilled to have Kawasaki deepen their commitment to ISRL. Their investment shows how OEMs resonate with ISRL as a platform to connect with audiences, drive innovation, and be part of India’s motorsports culture. As a brand, Kawasaki resonates directly with our passionate fans & the raw energy at the races. It is exciting to see their belief in our vision. They’re really setting the benchmark for what a true brand partnership looks like.”

Season 2 will feature 18 races across three cities, beginning on 26 October 2025 at the Shree Shiv Chhatrapati Sports Complex in Pune, followed by the Hyderabad leg on 7 December at Gachibowli Stadium. The Grand Finale is scheduled for 21 December 2025, with the venue to be announced.

The league continues its multi-platform broadcast presence with live coverage on Eurosport India and digital streaming via FanCode. Other notable partners for Season 2 include TVS Apache, Bisleri, Radio Mirchi, and BookMyShow, among others. Additionally, Tricolor Motorsports, Indewheelers Motorsports will join the Season 2 grid, while Bollywood star Salman Khan comes on board as an investor in ISRL.

The enhanced collaboration between Kawasaki and ISRL highlights the ongoing professionalization of India’s motorsport scene, reflecting the growing interest of global motorcycle manufacturers in tapping into the country’s off-road and adventure riding community.
