Karachi Kings rope in Pakistan State Oil as partner

The signing and announcement of the deal took place at PSO’s head office in Karachi.

The Pakistan Super League outfit, Karachi Kings have teamed up with the Pakistan State Oil (PSO) ahead of the seventh season. Adding to it, PSO’s well-known product, Carient Motor Oil has been labelled as the titanium partner of the Karachi Kings.

The signing and announcement of the deal took place at PSO’s head office in Karachi, with the president of Karachi Kings, Wasim Akram, and captain of the team, Babar Azam present in the event. Both were accompanied by Syed Taha, who is the CEO and MD of PSO.

Speaking on the occasion, Syed Taha, Managing Director & CEO – PSO, said: “PSO is the jugular vein of Pakistan. We energize all sectors of the country’s economy, fueling journeys across air, land, and sea with our unparalleled reach. Karachi Kings have been scheduled against Multan Sultans for the opener of season seven of PSL on January 27. The Kings will be hoping to start their season on a higher note after beating the defending champions.
