Karachi Kings pen down sponsorship deal with BankIslami

BankIslami is Pakistan's first scheduled Islamic bank.

The Pakistan Super League (PSL) team, Karachi Kings have signed a new partnership with Pakistan’s leading Islamic finance institution, BankIslami. Under this new agreement, BankIslami will be the team’s platinum partner.

The signing ceremony took place at BankIslami’s Regional Office in Karachi’s Business and Finance Center. Salman Iqbal, CEO of ARY TV, Syed Amir Ali, President and CEO of BankIslami, Sharjeel Khan, Muhammad Amir, and Umaid Asif of Karachi Kings, as well as other senior management professionals from both parties, were present at the event.

BankIslami is Pakistan’s first scheduled Islamic bank, and it has grown to become one of the most technologically advanced organisations that offer a diverse portfolio to customers through a modern approach to Sharia-compliant banking solutions.

As the official sponsor of the Karachi Kings franchise, BankIslami aims to promote not only the sport of cricket but also the ambition of the country’s youngsters to rise and achieve their true potential.

Meanwhile, for the seventh season, the Karachi Kings have announced a new sponsorship agreement with the soft drink brand Pepsi. Along with this, Kings also recently extended their collaboration with Imtiaz Super Market and GFS Builders & Developers.

Furthermore, Karachi Kings have inked a new agreement with Pakistan State Oil (PSO), under which PSO’s Carient Motor Oil, will be the team’s titanium partner.

Karachi Kings will be eying for their second PSL title in the coming season. The Salman Iqbal owned franchise is one of the strongest teams in PSL 7. With star players like Babar Azam, Mohammad Amir, Imad Wasim, and many others making them the favourites to win the title this year.
