Juventus and WWE have announced a strategic partnership that will bring together one of football’s most recognisable clubs and the world’s leading sports entertainment company in a collaboration designed to expand fan engagement, content creation and commercial opportunities on a global scale.

The agreement marks WWE’s latest move into the football landscape and positions Juventus as the third major European club to partner with the entertainment giant, following similar collaborations with Manchester City and Paris Saint-Germain.

The partnership aims to connect the worlds of football and sports entertainment through a series of co-branded initiatives spanning original content, merchandise, live events and fan experiences. Both organisations will leverage their extensive international reach to engage audiences beyond traditional sporting boundaries and create new touchpoints for younger, digitally native fans.

The collaboration officially launched during WWE’s Clash in Italy event in Turin, where the first crossover activations were unveiled. WWE Superstar Jey Uso appeared in joint content alongside Juventus mascot Jay, while Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes was presented with a customised Juventus jersey. Fans attending the event were also able to purchase exclusive WWE x Juventus Championship Title Belts at merchandise locations around Turin’s Inalpi Arena.

Moving forward, the two brands will explore opportunities across co-branded product collections, digital storytelling projects, integrated marketing campaigns and experiential activations. The partnership is also expected to create opportunities for Juventus players and WWE Superstars to feature in collaborative content and special events.

The agreement reflects a broader trend across the sports industry, where clubs, leagues and rights holders are increasingly partnering with entertainment properties to drive fan acquisition and remain culturally relevant in an increasingly competitive attention economy.

For Juventus, the collaboration aligns with the club’s strategy of evolving beyond football and strengthening its position as a global lifestyle brand. For WWE, the partnership provides another avenue to deepen its connection with football audiences worldwide while further embedding the company within mainstream sports culture.

As sport and entertainment continue to converge, the Juventus-WWE alliance represents another example of how major brands are seeking to build year-round engagement through content, culture and shared fan communities.
