JSW Sports join hands with Dhruv Jurel

Jurel made his T20 debut in the 2020-21 Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy for Uttar Pradesh.

JSW Sports has joined hands with the former India U19 vice-captain and wicketkeeper-batsman Dhruv Jurel. In the Indian Premier League (IPL) mega auction, Jurel was picked by Rajasthan Royals (RR). The 21-year-old cricketer is also a member of the Uttar Pradesh squad for the 2021-22 Ranji Trophy. In this development, the sports arm of JSW Group will manage the brand and commercial partnerships of the young cricketer.

Speaking on this association, Divyanshu Singh, Head of Sales, and Marketing at JSW Sports, said, “At JSW Sports, we’re always looking out for talented young athletes and Dhruv has enormous potential. While he improves as a cricketer, we want to ensure that he is able to grow his brand in the right direction. We look forward to working closely with him.”

Jurel, who is from Agra captained India U19 in the 2019 Asia Cup Trophy and was also the vice-captain of the Indian team in the 2020 U19 Cricket World Cup in South Africa. He made his T20 debut in the 2020-21 Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy for Uttar Pradesh.
