The Portuguese professional football manager and former player, Jose Mourinho has become the star of a new advertising campaign for Turkish Airlines, the flag carrier of Turkey.

The commercial, filmed in partnership with the UEFA Champions League (UCL), showcased Mourinho enjoying the airline’s premium Business Class service.

The ad, which highlights the Special One’s experience in the Turkish carrier’s Business Class, showcased the luxurious amenities available to passengers. Mourinho is depicted enjoying a relaxing flight, conquering a game of chess, indulging in a gourmet meal, and staying connected with live UCL matches, all while comfortably settled with noise-cancelling headphones.

The ad reinforces the Star Alliance member’s commitment to providing a superior in-flight experience for all passengers.

Turkish Airlines Chairman of the Board and Executive Committee, Prof. Ahmet Bolat, stated, “As holding Europe’s Best Airline title, we are proud to be the official sponsor of one of the most prestigious sports events, UEFA Champions League. Now our collaboration with José Mourinho reinforces our brand’s global strength and commitment to sports while highlighting our shared pursuit of excellence.”

On his appearance in the Turkish Airlines ad, football manager Jose Mourinho, added, “Turkish Airlines is for sure one of the world’s best airlines, confirmed by the numerous awards it receives each year. This campaign aligns perfectly with Turkish Airlines’ role as an official sponsor of the world’s greatest club competition.
