Ritu Phogat is a Commonwealth Wrestling Gold Medallist and an Asian Games Bronze Medallist. She just completed a successful transition from wrestling to mixed martial arts (MMA) with ONE Championship. Known as “The Indian Tigress,” she was the first Indian woman to compete in a ONE Championship MMA World Grand Prix final.
