The Indian Supercross Racing League (ISRL), the world’s first franchise-based supercross league, has appointed TVS Apache as the official holeshot partner for Season 2.
This collaboration honours the raw power, accuracy, and aggressiveness that characterise both the TVS Apache brand and the most exhilarating moment in each Supercross race: the Holeshot.
In Supercross, the Holeshot is given to the rider who arrives at the first corner of the race first, after the starting gate lowers. A split-second burst of acceleration, talent, and daring establishes the tone for the remainder of the race. TVS Apache, with its “Racing DNA Unleashed” attitude, represents the same spirit of quick power and flawless launch, making it the appropriate brand to symbolise the Holeshot moment in ISRL Season 2.
ISRL, which has Bollywood superstar Salman Khan as an investor and brand ambassador, is slated to offer 18 high-octane races, three cities, six teams, and 36 global and Indian riders to viewers in Pune, Hyderabad, and the Grand Finale in December. Salman Khan will also appear at certain marquee events during Season 2, providing star power and attracting mainstream consumers to the world of Supercross.
Vimal Sumbly, Head – Premium Business, TVS Motor Company, said, “We are thrilled to partner with ISRL as the Official Holeshot Partner for Season 2. For over two decades, the TVS Apache series has embodied our racing DNA, born on the track and built for pure performance, precision and control. The Holeshot moment perfectly captures what TVS Apache stands for — the surge of adrenaline, the instinctive command over speed and the relentless pursuit of excellence. This partnership is not just a celebration of racing, but of the passionate community that has powered TVS Apache’s journey for 20 years.”
Veer Patel, Co-Founder & Director ISRL said, “Bringing TVS Apache into the fold as our Holeshot Partner is a powerful step forward for ISRL. Their legacy in performance bikes resonates deeply with our mission to push motorsport in India to new heights. Together, we’ll spotlight the most decisive moment of every race, where champions are born.”
Season 1 performance demonstrated India’s thirst for Supercross, resulting in over 20 million digital interactions and significant TV viewership within three days of broadcast. Season 2 expands on this foundation, guaranteeing that fans can see the sport live in stadiums and on television.
