The Indian Super League (ISL) outfit, Chennaiyin FC (CFC), rode on brilliant goals by Kwame Karikari and Rahim Ali to kickstart their 2022/23 campaign in style after beating ATK Mohun Bagan 2-1 at Vivekananda Yuba Bharati Krirangan on October 10.

The victory over one of India’s most powerful teams demonstrates that the two-time champions are once again primed to take the domain in ISL 2022/23. The club appointed its first team during Durand Cup 2022 under the new head coach, Thomas Brdaric. The team’s journey came to an end in the competition after getting eliminated in the Quarter Finals by Mumbai City FC.

Chennaiyin FC ended eighth in the league last season under the direction of Bozidar Bandovic, abandoning a lot to be desired this season.

Chennaiyin FC have roped in Parimatch News and Apollo Tyres as principal partners for the ongoing season.

Associate Sponsors:

In this category, the club has inked a sponsorship association with an insurance provider, ACKO, for the 2022-23 season.

With this, the club has also joined forces with Biker’s. In this deal, the logo of the brand will feature on the back of the team’s shorts throughout match jerseys and training kits.

Chennaiyin FC have also announced a partnership with GenX in the same bundle. To interact with the club’s fan base, the company will use exclusive advertising rights. In addition, the company’s logo will appear beneath the neck on the front of CFC match and training jerseys.

The southern football club of India has secured numerous sponsors in the official partner package for the 2022/23 season. To begin with, CSS, a sports science centre, has been designated as the official sports medicine partner.

Moreover, Workafella has been announced as the workspace partner, ACT Fibernet as the official fibernet partner, Zebronics as the official audio partner, and Nivea as the kit partner. Along with these brands, GBR TMT, has also joined the team in this category.
