The Indian Super League (ISL) outfit, ATK Mohun Bagan, made a formidable comeback against Kerala Blasters after witnessing a defeat in their opening game against Chennaiyin FC.
ATK Mohun Bagan had a shaky start to the 2022/23 season, failing to advance past the group stages of the Durand Cup and being eliminated in the Inter-Zonal Semi-Finals of the 2022 AFC Cup. However, the Mariners still have a chance to prove their worth in the Indian Super League.
The Mariners will believe to make an impact by the conclusion of the season by gaining the ISL League Shield and the prestigious ISL trophy as they have massively invested in the transfer window this summer by signing some high-quality Indian and foreign players.
After a full preseason and the Durand Cup, the ATK Mohun Bagan players have got sufficient time to adjust to Ferrando’s ideology. New signings such as Asish Rai and Ashique Kuruniyan have also made their mark with strong performances. The team is backed by a strong Indian core with national team experience. All of the foreigners are well-bred as well.
ATKMB, like their robust squad, have successfully secured some robust sponsorship associations. Let’s take a look at ATKMB’s sponsors for the current ISL season.
ATK Mohun Bagan have announced a sponsorship collaboration with a sports news portal of the Limassol-based sports betting company, Parimatch News.
In this deal, the company serves as the principal partner for the ongoing season. The agreement was inked in July 2022 and will run until the end of the season 2023/24.
The giants from Kolkata have also joined forces with the Kolkata-based steel-based construction equipment manufacturer, SRMB Steel.
Another Kolkata-based cement manufacturer, MP Birla Cement, has also signed up to become an associate sponsor for this season.
Along with the aforementioned brands, Amazon, Calcutta Electric Supply Corporation (CESC) and Gigabyte are also serving as associate sponsors for the ongoing edition.
In this category, ATKMB have announced a partnership with the Punjab-headquartered Indian sports equipment company, Nivia Sports.
