The Indian Premier League (IPL) have always provided enthralling action to fans and brands an opportunity to expand their horizon. The competition continues to do so as the IPL Auction 2023 is off to a flying start as the media rights holders of the IPL have already managed to bag an association with multiple renowned brands.
The official streaming partner of the IPL, JioCinema has roped in five sponsors and more than 10 partners for the IPL Auction 2023. In the co-presented by sponsor category, JioCinema has teamed up with CRED, HSBC, Paisabazaar and Vision11 with Pokerbaazi as an associate sponsor.
Mastercard, Cadbury Dairy Milk, PhonePe, Thums Up, Voltas, Hero, Swiggy Instamart, Spinny, Eatfit, Vimal, Kamla Pasand and Royal Challenge have been onboarded as partners.
On the other end, the TV rights holder of the elite Indian competition, Disney Star has onboarded, Vision11, Asian Paints, Havells, Mastercard, Coca Cola, Pepsi Foods, PhonePe, Mondelez, Ultratech Cement, Rapido, Tata Motors, Meesho, Spotify, Groww, Ashiqui Pan Masala, Swiggy Instamart, Philips Trimmer, and Acko for the live telecast of the auction.
Earlier this year in June, Viacom18 acquired digital rights for the IPL while Disney Star retained the TV rights.
