Magicrete Building Solutions has announced a new partnership with Royal Challengers Bengaluru, joining the franchise as its building material partner ahead of the upcoming season of the Indian Premier League.

The agreement brings together one of India’s leading construction materials companies with one of the IPL’s most prominent franchises, as Magicrete looks to expand its brand visibility through association with the world’s most-watched T20 cricket competition.

The collaboration is centred on a shared brand philosophy described as “Built Strong,” reflecting the common values of resilience, precision and reliability that underpin both modern construction and elite sport. Through the partnership, the two organisations aim to highlight a “zero failure” mindset that defines high performance in both industries, where success depends on strong foundations, consistency and the ability to perform under pressure.

Founded in 2008, Magicrete Building Solutions is among India’s prominent manufacturers of modern construction materials. The company produces a range of products, including autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) blocks, precast construction materials, tile adhesives, grouts and waterproofing solutions. Its portfolio focuses on enabling faster, more sustainable and cost-efficient construction across residential and commercial infrastructure projects.

For Royal Challengers Bengaluru, the partnership further strengthens the franchise’s commercial portfolio ahead of the new IPL campaign, with the team continuing to attract brands across multiple sectors seeking to leverage cricket’s vast audience and engagement levels.

The IPL remains one of the most valuable sports properties globally, offering companies a powerful platform to connect with millions of viewers through broadcast coverage, digital engagement and fan-led activations. By aligning with RCB, Magicrete aims to increase brand recall among consumers, contractors and industry professionals while leveraging the tournament’s nationwide reach.

RCB will enter the upcoming season as defending champions, retaining a strong core of players including Virat Kohli and Rajat Patidar, while adding reinforcements such as Venkatesh Iyer and Mangesh Yadav in the mini-auction. The squad also features key names including Phil Salt, Jitesh Sharma, Krunal Pandya, Romario Shepherd, Jacob Bethell, Josh Hazlewood and Bhuvneshwar Kumar.

The team is scheduled to begin its title defence at home against Sunrisers Hyderabad on March 28.

The partnership also highlights a broader trend of infrastructure and building materials brands increasingly entering the sports sponsorship landscape in India, using cricket’s popularity and reach to strengthen brand awareness and deepen market presence across the country.
