IPL 2023 SRH vs LSG: Match preview, head-to-head and streaming details

In their last outing, which took place earlier this season, LSG won by five wickets.

In the 58th match of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2023Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) will welcome Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium in Hyderabad tomorrow i.e. Saturday, May 12 at 3:30 PM IST.

SRH have had an awful year so far, sitting second from the bottom of the IPL 2023 points standings. They must win all of their remaining matches to stay in the playoff race. Nonetheless, the Aiden Markram-led team recently defeated Rajasthan Royals (RR) in the highest chase at Jaipur’s Sawai Mansingh Stadium. While their batting lineup is finally clicking, with Abhishek Sharma at the top doing wonders to Abdul Samad devastating bowlers in the death overs. Furthermore, Rahul Tripathi also appears to be in good shape and consistent. However, bowlers must perform well, with only Bhuvneshwar Kumar and Marco Jansen appearing in good rhythm.

LSG, on the other hand, are in fifth place with 11 points, which implies that they must win their remaining three games to have a better chance of qualifying, while at least two victories will be sufficient to earn a place in the top four. In their last match, LSG were defeated by the defending champions Gujarat Titans (GT) by 56 runs at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. The team had a strong start in the IPL 2023 but is now in a downturn and must fix its problem before the ship sinks. The opening pair of Quinton de Kock and Kyle Mayers remain strong, but the middle order must really settle in. Amit Mishra is in good form in the bowling department, but others must also be reliable for LSG to qualify.

Head-to-Head:

The two sides have played against each other twice and LSG came out victorious on both occasions. In their last outing, which took place earlier this season, LSG won by five wickets.
