The 15th edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL) has completed just one week and already gained love and attention from fans from across the country.
The defending champions. Chennai Super Kings (CSK) are yet to register a victory after two matches.
Although CSK’s start on the field has been disappointing, they have managed to score a few points on the commercial pitch ahead of the new season. Let’s have a look at the team’s sponsors:
Principal Sponsors:
The four-time IPL champions have agreed to a multi-year sponsorship deal with TVS Eurogrip. The company will pay INR 100 crore to the franchise over three years. As part of the agreement, TVS Eurogrip’s logo will appear on the front of the CSK jersey.
The Ravindra Jadeja-led franchise has also entered into a partnership with India Cements. The team has also signed a chest sponsorship deal with Gulf Oil. For nearly 11 years, the company has been associated with the franchise.
CSK has also named SNJ 10000, Jio, Astral Pipes, British Empire, Equitas Small Finance Bank and Nippon Paints as principal partners for IPL 2022.
Official Partners:
The Chennai-based team’s official partners list includes Amazon Pay and Dream11.
Pouring Partners:
The Chennai-based team has announced a partnership with the refreshing flavoured milk brand, Amul Kool as the official pouring partner for IPL 2022.
Licensee Partners:
Aside from the names mentioned above, The Souled Store, FanPlay, ICICI Bank and Nasher Miles have joined the CSK sponsors list as licensee partners.
Chennai will finally look to get off the mark with a win against Punjab Kings (PBKS) on Sunday i.e. April 3 at the Brabourne Stadium in Mumbai.
