The Indian Premier League (IPL) franchise, Mumbai Indians (MI) have announced a new sponsorship deal with the premium personal care and grooming solutions brand, Bombay Shaving Company.
Following this deal, the men’s grooming & personal care brand has been labelled as the official grooming partner of the five-time champions. As part of the deal, the logo of the Bombay Shaving Company will be featured on the backside of the MI’s helmet.
Mumbai Indians announced this deal on their social media platforms. The post said, “Paltan, let’s give @bombayshavingcompany – our ‘Official Grooming Partner’ a warm welcome to #OneFamily 💙
We’ll be smashing on the field, looking dashing at the same time! 😎”
Bombay Shaving Company is a consumer goods company that specialises in the development of shave care, beard care, and skincare products. Men’s grooming, personal care, shaving, beard grooming, skincare, and handmade soaps are its specialities.

The Bombay Shaving Company recently raised INR 160 crore in a Series C funding round led by Malabar Investments, an Indian hedge fund.
The Rohit Sharma-led side has also signed a sponsorship deal with the credit card company, Slice Cards. The card company has replaced Samsung as the team’s front-of-shirt sponsor.
MI will kick off their season against Delhi Capitals (DC) on March 27 at the Brabourne Stadium in Mumbai. MI is in Group A with Rajasthan Royals (RR), Lucknow Super Giants (LSG), DC and Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR). The entire league stage of the tournament will be held in Mumbai and Pune.
