In the 31st match of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2022, Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) will face Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) on Tuesday, April 19 at the DY Patil Stadium in Mumbai at 7:30 PM IST.
Royal Challengers Bangalore have been performing really well in the ongoing season under the leadership of Faf du Plessis. After playing six games, the team emerged victorious on four occasions and lost twice. The Bangalore-based team will be heading into this fixture on the back of a 16-run victory over Delhi Capitals (DC). Dinesh Karthik refuses to slow down as he stays unbeaten yet again. The Indian wicket-keeper batsman has been the MVP of the team so far in the ongoing season. The RCB camp will look to clinch one more victory on Tuesday to equal its points with the table topper, Gujarat Titans (GT). With four victories to their name, Bangalore have acquired the third spot with eight points.

The KL Rahul-led team also played six games so far, the unit won four matches and lost two. LSG will walk into their upcoming game full of confidence after beating the struggling five-time champions Mumbai Indians (MI). The skipper leading from the front along with some vital contributions from Quinton de Kock, Marcus Stoinis and Ayush Badoni have made them one of the best batting line-ups of the season. The Lucknow-based franchise will look forward to continuing their good run by scoring two more points on Tuesday. LSG have occupied the second position with eight points.
