IPL 2022: Delhi Capitals name Seagram’s Royal Stag as official partner

Seagram's Royal Stag is a well-known brand among Indian spirits.

The Indian Premier League (IPL) outfit, Delhi Capitals (DC) have announced an association with Seagram’s Royal Stag. This new deal has made the brand an official partner for the upcoming season of IPL.

According to the company, cricket has always been central to Royal Stag’s brand communication. By partnering with IPL 2022, Royal Stag hopes to increase its engagement with cricket fans across the country and cement its loyalty to the game.

Seagram’s Royal Stag is a well-known brand among Indian spirits. The brand pioneered the grain spirit blended with Scotch malts revolution in India, redefining the spirits space with an international quality blend.

The company was launched in 1995 with a merger of Indian grain spirits and imported Scotch malts and was the first brand in India that didn’t use artificial flavours or recycled bottles, delivering an international quality blend to delight consumers. It takes its name from a deer species known for its long antlers.

Recently, the Delhi-based franchise has partnered with RapiPay as the Neo Banking Partner for the 15th season of IPL. Along with them, the team has also collaborated with Bolt and OctaFX

The Rishabh Pant-led team will kick off its IPL 2022 campaign against Mumbai Indians (MI) on March 27 at the Brabourne Stadium in Mumbai.
