Aaradhya, who is only a few days shy of his 18th birthday, has been making waves since he was a U-14 player. He is coached by the former India and Delhi all-rounder, Ajay Sharma. His breakthrough came during the Vijay Merchant Trophy 2019-20 when he scored 636 runs in seven matches at an impressive average of 63.6. He also had a strong showing in the Vinoo Mankad Trophy, where he scored 295 runs in seven innings at an average of more than 42, earning him a spot on the India U19 World Cup team.
Aaradhya is currently a member of the Uttar Pradesh Ranji Trophy 2021-22 squad.

Under their belt, the sports management firm has Olympic athletes like MC Mary Kom, Vijender Singh, Manpreet Singh, Mirabai Chanu, Lovlina Borgohain, Rani Rampal, Hima Das as well as Paralympians such as Nishad Kumar, Manoj Sarkar, among others.
Recently, the sports management company has also got onboard India’s first female racer from J&K, Humaira Mushtaq.
