The Serie A club, Inter Milan, has announced a new sponsorship association with an IT company, Adesso. Following this deal, the IT service provider is set to serve as a dedicated partner of the Italian club for the 2022/23 Serie A Femminile season.
Adesso is a foremost IT distributor in the German-speaking industry, focusing on the fundamental processes of corporations and government agencies through both consulting and custom software development.
Adesso, which operates in 13 European countries, hopes to use the promotional collaboration to strengthen its brand awareness in Italy. Inter will focus on the theory of the ‘She For IT’ company gender equality action plan through a variety of cross-platform action potentials.
Alessandro Antonello, Inter Chief Executive, said, “This new partnership agreement is clear proof of the ever-increasing attractiveness of the Inter brand away from sports and recognises the value of our women’s football team. We’re very happy that Adesso have chosen our club as their gateway into Italian football in order to expand their brand.”
Andrea Buzzi, Adesso Italy’s Regional Manager, commented, “I believe that IT and sport are natural companions because our services fit in with this context. I’m also delighted that we’re able to send a strong message out about gender equality through this sponsorship.”
On the field, Inter Milan women will face AC Milan today i.e. October 15 at 6 pm IST. The team is sitting comfortably on the top of the points table and will look to gain some more points through this match.
