Inter Milan have joined forces with Mkers

The Italian champions have strengthened their presence in the esports market.

The Serie A giant, Inter Milan have landed an association with the renowned Italian esports organisation, Mkers.

With this development, the Italian champions have strengthened their presence in the esports market. In this collaboration, Inter Milan will utilise the expertise of Mkers to improve their stance in the esports sector.

Earlier this year in July, the Nerazzurri struck a multi-year partnership with the Japanese multinational video game and entertainment company, Konami.

Inter Milan will take part in Konami trophies in the 2022/23 season, both domestic and international. The Nerazzurri will unveil the new squad of pro players on Sunday, November 17 at Milan Games Week and Cartoomics.

Alessandro Antonello, CEO Corporate di FC Internazionale Milano, said, “Working with a leading firm in gaming such as Mkers allows our Club to further develop the eSports project, which is of great strategic importance to Inter in terms of continuing to innovate and connect with the younger generations around the world.”

Speaking on the collaboration, Paolo Cisaria, Managing Director Mkers Spa, said, “This is a massive collaboration for Mkers, which is a clear signal of our growth until now. It’s another chance for us to expand our reach abroad. We will work hard to show that we are worthy of the trust shown to us.”

Before the international break, Inter Milan finished fifth on the Italian top-flight table with 30 points.
