The Infront Agency has decided to commission its Italian division as the official premium experience agent in Italy for the country’s hosting of the golf’s 2023 Ryder Cup. The team-type golf event will be held from September 25 to October 1, 2023. The competition would be contested at the Marco Simone Golf & Country Club in Rome, with Infront Italy being onboarded by Ryder Cup Italy Limited.
Ryder Cup is a world-famous biennial competition between teams from Europe and the United States. The cup consists of 28 matches organized on the weekend, usually from Friday to Sunday. The tournament follows a different match-play competition form played between selected players from teams of twelve players. The upcoming season of the tournament would be broadcasted by Sky Sports medium Ryder Cup Channel.
Infront Italy is now able to offer premium experiences for the Ryder Cup, including the three corporate hospitality options of premium suites, Captain’s Club and Founder’s Lounge.
The Infront Agency has been actively working and recently acquired a multi-year agreement with FIFA as its official licensing agent in China. As per the Chinese state-owned press agency Xinhua, this agreement comprises licensing programs for the China-hosted 2022 World Cup, 2026 World Cup and 2023 World Cup.
The European team would be headed by Henrik Stenson, and the USA team would be captained by Zach Johnson.
