Indian Super League finds new sponsor in KMF Nandini

The partnership offers the ISL significant financial support to sustain the league in the long run, while KMF Nandini benefits from significant brand exposure

The Indian top-flight football league, the Indian Super League (ISL) has announced a new sponsorship deal with KMF Nandini, a dairy company based in Karnataka.

As part of the agreement, the brand has been designated as the league’s official partner. The company is now one of three sponsors of the tournament, alongside Nivia Sports and Parimatch Sports.

The Karnataka Milk Federation (KMF) is the biggest dairy cooperative in India. It was established in 1974 and currently serves over 26.44 lakh milk producers in Karnataka by providing a market for their milk and promoting dairy development. KMF is well-known for its Nandini brand of dairy products such as milk, curd, and ghee, and it plays an important role in bringing quality milk to consumers while ensuring fair returns for farmers.

KMF Nandini has previously partnered with Cricket Scotland and Cricket Ireland for the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2024, and certainly, the brand’s experience will further help ISL to elevate its profile.

The collaboration is a significant advance for both parties. It offers the ISL significant financial support to sustain the league in the long run. Conversely, the company benefits from significant brand exposure and the chance to connect with football fans.

With Match Day 1 finished, Chennaiyin FC sit at the top of the table due to a favourable GF difference. Jamshedpur FC (JFC), Punjab FC (PFC), Bengaluru FC (BFC), and NorthEast United FC (NEUFC) all have three points and are at the upper end of the rankings. MD2 begins tonight at 7:30 PM IST, with BFC taking against Hyderabad FC at Kanteerava Stadium.
