DD Sports, one of India’s largest and most widely accessible sports broadcasters, has announced that it will air the Indian Healthcare League (IHL) live across the country from December 14 to 21, 2025.
As India’s pioneering sports league dedicated to healthcare professionals, the IHL combines competitive sport with a mission to promote health, wellness, and fitness among the nation’s medical community.
The league also serves as a platform to raise awareness about critical health issues, including cancer, highlighting preventive care, early detection, and community engagement. Matches will be available to viewers on DD Sports television and through OTT platforms such as DD Waves and the DD Sports YouTube channel, ensuring nationwide reach across urban and rural areas.
This edition of the tournament will feature around 150 doctors and healthcare professionals from across India, competing in a spirited contest while showcasing the importance of a healthy lifestyle. The league will also conclude with an exclusive women’s match, celebrating the resilience, leadership, and empowerment of women in healthcare.
