In the India tour of Zimbabwe 2022, the third and final match of the three-match ODI series will be held on Monday, August 22 at the Harare Sports Club at 12:45 PM IST.
India currently lead the series 2-0.Team India performed admirably with both bat and bowl. Not to mention that KL Rahul won the toss on both occasions, giving India a massive advantage. The southpaw batter, Shikhar Dhawan looked good in both matches, and Shubman Gill was also eye-catching. Team India also outperformed Zimbabwe with the ball, taking all 20 wickets in two matches. The Men in Blue will look to extend their lead and win the ODI series by winning the final game.
The Regis Chakabva-led team had another forgettable outing as they failed to bat throughout the inning. Following failure from top order batsmen, the tailenders’ performance in the both the matches contributed to a significant score on the board. The only bright spot for the hosts in the second match was their bowlers. The bowling unit managed to spook the mighty blues for a while by taking five wickets, and they would like to repeat this quality in the third match.
