India vs West Indies 2022 3rd ODI: Match preview, head-to-head and streaming details

India have an advantage in the head-to-head competition between the two sides.

In the India tour of West Indies 2022, the final ODI of the three-match series will take place on Wednesday, July 27 at the Port of Spain in Trinidad at 7 PM IST. The tourists have sealed the series 2-0.

After securing one more last-over thriller, India have sealed the ODI series in the Caribbean. In the first ODI, it was Mohammed Siraj who did the final proceedings, in the following game, it was Axar Patel, who finished the game for India. With a clean sweep in mind, the Shikhar Dhawan-led team who is fueled with confidence after winning two edge-of-the-seat thrillers, India will look to conquer the third fixture too. The youngsters have handled the responsibilities very well which were bestowed upon them.

The hosts yet again fell short of winning the game in the ongoing series after coming so close. After setting a target of over 300 runs, the Windies had the game in their clutches before Patel came and dispatched the bowlers in all parts of the ground. After displaying two commendable performances, Nicholas Pooran and his men will play for the team’s pride in the third ODI with the aim of avoiding the whitewash.

India have an advantage in the head-to-head competition between the two sides. Both teams faced each other on 138 occasions, the tourists won 69 games while the hosts emerged victorious on 63 occasions.

In the last outing, which took place on Sunday, India won the game by two wickets and claimed the ODI series 2-0 with one fixture to go.
