The English football club, Brentford FC, have announced a significant new partnership with Indeed, the world’s leading job site and premier job matching and hiring platform.

Starting from the 2025-26 season Indeed will become the club’s official training wear partner and official recruitment partner, forging a comprehensive collaboration that will impact both the club’s performance and its community initiatives.

This multi-faceted agreement sees Indeed’s distinctive branding prominently featured on the front of all training kits across the entire club. This includes the men’s first team, B team, women’s first team, academy teams, and coaching staff, ensuring high visibility during training sessions and pre-match warm-ups for all Premier League (PL) and cup fixtures.

Beyond the visibility of training apparel, this partnership underscores a shared commitment to talent development and community upliftment. As Brentford’s official recruitment partner, Indeed will play a crucial role in empowering the community by providing valuable resources and opportunities. It will also support Brentford players of all ages in planning for life beyond their football careers, and leverage Indeed’s expertise to enhance the club’s recruitment processes.

The collaboration also extends to comprehensive matchday branding, in-stadium advertising, and a strong presence at Brentford’s state-of-the-art training facility, the Robert Rowan Performance Centre. Furthermore, Indeed will have the rights to create exclusive content featuring Brentford’s men’s and women’s first-team players and coaching staff, offering fans unique insights and engagement opportunities.

Fran Jones, Brentford FC’s Commercial Director, expressed enthusiasm for the partnership and said, “We’re very proud of our track record of intelligent recruitment and smart decision-making that empowers us to compete at the highest level. Indeed has earned its place as a leading hiring platform with the same approach. It’s a perfect match and we’re excited to see what we can learn from each other.

“In everything we do, there’s always a human element. This partnership has an incredible opportunity to uplift our community with new skills and job opportunities, as well as help Brentford players of all ages plan for life beyond their football career.”

Conor McCarthy, Vice President of Sales at Indeed, added, “We’re thrilled to become Brentford’s official recruitment partner and training wear partner. Like Brentford, we believe in the power of data and human insight to make great decisions – whether that’s building a football team or a successful business. Together, we look forward to learning from each other, and helping more people and teams reach their potential.”

This strategic alliance highlights Brentford’s innovative approach to commercial collaborations, moving beyond traditional sponsorships to encompass meaningful community and development initiatives. It is anticipated to significantly benefit both organisations and the wider West London community by fostering growth and providing new opportunities.
