Oracle Red Bull Racing has announced a new multi-year partnership with the global hiring platform, Indeed, which has joined the team as its recruitment partner from the 2026 Formula 1 season. The agreement also extends to the team’s F1 Academy programme.

Under the partnership, Indeed branding will debut at the second round of the 2026 F1 World Championship at the Chinese Grand Prix. The company’s logo will appear on the team’s RB22 car as well as on the helmets of drivers and pit crew. As the season progresses, the branding will expand across the wider Oracle Red Bull Racing ecosystem, including driver apparel and the kit worn by senior team personnel.

Laurent Mekies, CEO and Team Principal at Oracle Red Bull Racing, said, “People have always been the foundation of our success at Oracle Red Bull Racing. Every Championship we’ve won is the result of exceptional talent, strong collaboration, and a culture that empowers our team to perform at the highest level. We’re incredibly proud of the diverse set of specialisms across the entire team that drives performance every weekend. In a sport defined by marginal gains, our team personnel are and will always be our greatest advantage. Working with Indeed across both our F1 and F1 Academy teams allows us to continue attracting, identifying and supporting the very best people in the industry.”

James Whitemore, CMO of Indeed, added, “At Indeed, we’re proud to help people get jobs and help employers find the people who drive their success. Our partnership with Oracle Red Bull Racing places Indeed alongside one of the most high-performing teams in the world. It’s a powerful platform with a highly engaged, global audience that values performance, innovation, and technical excellence. Most importantly, it reinforces a universal truth: whether you’re building a championship‑winning racing team or a world‑class business, success depends on the talent you hire.”

Beyond branding, the collaboration will focus on talent development within motorsport. Indeed will serve as the presenting partner of the Red Bull Racing talent academy programme, an initiative designed to support individuals pursuing careers in F1. The programme offers work experience placements, student projects, apprenticeships and structured development pathways aimed at nurturing the next generation of engineers, technicians and motorsport professionals.

The agreement further strengthens the commercial portfolio of Oracle Red Bull Racing, which already includes major partners such as Oracle, Visa and Clear.

On the sporting front, the team experienced a challenging opening round of the 2026 season. Max Verstappen was eliminated in Q1 before recovering from the back of the grid to finish sixth in the race. His teammate, Isack Hadjar, qualified third but was unable to finish the race after retiring later in the event.

Attention now shifts to the Chinese Grand Prix in Shanghai, scheduled from 13 to 15 March, which will also feature the first sprint race of the 2026 Formula One season, as Oracle Red Bull Racing looks to bounce back and challenge for top positions.
