The first DP World International League T20 (ILT20) match between Abu Dhabi Knight Riders and Dubai Capitals produced a combined viewership of 27.87 million on television (India U+R, 2+), as per data given by the Broadcast Audience Research Council India (BARC). It has achieved 0.47 TVR in the primary urban males 15+ Hindi-speaking markets.

In an attempt to advertise the league internationally, ZEE Entertainment Enterprises debuted its #HarBallBawaal promotional film earlier this month with Shah Rukh Khan, a global superstar and the owner of the Knight Riders Group. Additionally, the broadcasting unit also hired rapper Badshah to write the league’s song, “Halla Halla,” which has now gone viral online as a soundtrack for cricket.
