ICC, FanCraze set to launch women’s cricket digital collectibles

The collectibles will feature some of the most renowned players of the game.

The International Cricket Council (ICC) and FanCraze have announced their first set of women’s cricket NFTs.

The ICC along with its official digital collectibles partner, FanCraze announced the release of ‘ICC Crictos’ featuring some of the iconic moments of the women’s game from the recent ICC events.

To propel the ever-growing women’s cricket, fans now have the opportunity to own and trade some of the most memorable moments of women’s cricket. The collectibles will feature some of the most renowned players of the game such as Shafali Verma, Alyssa Healy, Smriti Mandhana, Sophie Ecclestone, Natalie Sciver, Ellyse Perry, Mithali Raj, Beth Mooney, Meg Lanning and Jess Jonassen.

Crictos are the exclusive digital collectibles that feature the most remarkable moments of international cricket from the ICC’s archive.

The international cricket governing body also released the first pack of collectibles in the last week of January. Unforgettable moments from the ICC 2015 and 2019 World Cups were featured. The first pack contained a total of 75 unforgettable moments. 

Recently, Cricket West Indies (CWI) also partnered with FanCraze and Crictos. In this agreement, the logo of Crictos will appear on the West Indies men’s team’s playing shirts throughout the Apex Test Series against England.
