Hyderabad FC signs kit deal with Danish sportswear brand hummel

With an average annual revenue of $110.35 million, the deal with Hyderabad FC will surely boost hummel’s market value and revenue even further.

Danish sportswear brand hummel recently agreed to a deal with Hyderabad FC to become the ISL side’s official team kit sponsor for the upcoming season. Founded in Germany in 1923, hummel who has been heavily involved in the world of football for over a century have been known to sponsor Europe’s elite clubs such as Real Madrid, Benfica and Everton.

This deal will be a way for hummel to establish themselves in the Indian football market and increase their outreach even more by entering a contract with Hyderabad FC which will see them become the team’s kit sponsor starting with the 2021/22 ISL season.

The 2020/21 season of ISL saw them stand at the 5th position in the league and establish themselves as a top side in the competition as they finished with 29 points in 20 games, scoring a total of 27 goals and conceding 19.

hummel even today continues to sponsor major teams in both football and handball from all around the world, Hyderabad FC stays inclined towards the game and their long-term plan regarding product induction, hummel seems to be the perfect fit and properly aligns with the club’s vision.

Earlier this year in January, Southampton FC has announced a five-year kit deal with hummel that began this month (July, 2021).

Hyderabad FC co-owner, Varun Tripuraneni said that the ISL side showed their true potential how Hyderabad FC have established themselves in the ISL and the deal with hummel is another step in their path to glory.
