The Prime Volleyball League (PVL) franchise, Hyderabad Black Hawks have penned down numerous sponsorship deals ahead of the 2022 season of men’s professional indoor volleyball tournament.
Similar to the RuPay sponsored league, the franchise also roped in an association with the gaming brand, A23. The team appointed the firm as its principal sponsor. It announced the partnership through its Instagram handle with a feature post that said, “We are proud to announce A23 as Principal Sponsor of Hyderabad Black Hawks for the inaugural season of Prime Volley. Looking forward to a great partnership.”
Followed by this, the volleyball team brought in the sports nutrition brand, Fast&Up and named it as the official hydration partner for the competition. Hawks revealed this association on their social media handle and said, “Our Hawks will now be charged by Fast&Up. We are delighted to announce fastandup_india as our Official Hydration Partner for the upcoming PrimeVolley season.”
In addition to this, Hyderabad Black Hawks have teamed up with the technology platform, Whizzy. The logistic services provider became the official co-sponsor of the team. This partnership was unveiled by the franchise with a post that said, “We are buzzing whizzing to make this announcement. Extremely pleased to tie up with Whizzy as our Co Sponsor for the first season of PrimeVolley.”
Lastly, the team also joined hands with the sports news firm, DafaNews and named it as the associate sponsor for the inaugural season of PVL.
All the brands that joined the team as commercial partners have made a name for themselves in their respective sectors. A23 is the first online rummy playing portal in India and is a multi-gaming platform. Fast&Up is an emerging brand founded in 2015 in sports conditioning and nutritional needs. Whizzy is a technological unit that provides multi-purpose logistical facilities such as pick/drop, purchases and payments. Dafa News is a global sports news channel that covers popular leagues like Pro Kabbadi League (PKL) and the Indian Premier League (IPL).
PVL 2022 will commence on February 5, with the first fixture played between Hyderabad Black Hawks and Kochi Blue Spikers. The 24-match competition will culminate on February 27.
