Hull City, the English Football League (EFL) Championship team, have inked a sponsorship agreement with the firm operating in solid fuel, maritime and food sectors, Safiport.
As part of the deal, the brand has been named the club’s principal partner and back-of-shirt and academy sponsor.
For the 2024–25 season, Safiport’s logo will feature on the back of all three first-team outfits in addition to the front of all academy shirts ranging from Under-8 to Under-21. The brand’s logo will also be displayed on the LED advertising boards at the MKM Stadium on home matchdays, as well as on interview backgrounds during pre and post-match media appearances.
Safi Holding, formed in 1965, is a powerful collection of firms that operate in a variety of industries, including shipping, port management, maritime services, sugar factories, and solid fuel. Since 2015, Safiport has grown to become one of the biggest and strongest ports in the Marmara Region, as well as one of the most significant for worldwide marine commerce.
Safiport, a Safi Holding group firm, is one of Türkiye’s largest sports sponsors, supporting a variety of sports teams across many branches. Following the conclusion of the club’s principal agreement, Safiport took over as the team’s back-of-shirt sponsor from McVitie’s.

Safiport is an important brand for us, we are on our way to becoming an international port. We also want to take part in Acun Ilıcalı’s story. Hull City will be in the Premier League as soon as possible and we, as Safiport, will take part in this success.”
In the recent past, the club also developed a partnership with Ticketmaster Sport.
