HCLTech, a global IT services and technology company, has expanded its longstanding partnership with MetLife Stadium, New York Jets, and New York Giants, strengthening its presence in the global sports technology sector after being named the AI partner of the iconic NFL venue and both franchises.
The multi-year expansion builds on HCLTech’s existing role as MetLife Stadium’s digital transformation partner, a collaboration that began in 2022. Under the renewed agreement, the global IT services company will work closely with the stadium and teams to deploy AI-driven solutions aimed at enhancing fan engagement, improving operational efficiency, and advancing digital infrastructure across one of the world’s busiest sports and entertainment venues.
The partnership will focus on integrating intelligent technologies and data-led systems to modernise the overall stadium experience for fans, event operators, and stakeholders. HCLTech is expected to leverage its capabilities in artificial intelligence, analytics, automation, and digital engineering to help create a smarter, more connected venue ecosystem.
Jill Kouri, Global Chief Marketing Officer, HCLTech, said, “Our partnership with MetLife Stadium, the New York Jets and the New York Giants demonstrates how strategic collaborations can drive meaningful brand impact and business outcomes. We have created experiences that resonate with clients while strengthening HCLTech’s brand presence across the strategically important Tri-State market. We look forward to building on the momentum and equity of our relationship by leveraging this multi-year extension as a model for experience-led marketing.”
Ron VanDeVeen, President and CEO, MetLife Stadium, added, “HCLTech is an indispensable partner as they enable us to explore how technology can transform the customer experience in meaningful ways. As we continue to innovate, this collaboration will play a key role in enhancing the customer journey while continuing to ensure a secure and seamless experience.”
MetLife Stadium, home to the NFL’s New York Jets and New York Giants, hosts a wide range of major sporting and entertainment events, including international football matches, concerts, and marquee global events. The venue, which has a seating capacity exceeding 82,000, is also scheduled to host matches during the FIFA World Cup 2026, further elevating its strategic importance within the global sports industry.
The announcement follows HCLTech’s recent appointment as the digital experience partner of the DP World Tour, underlining the company’s growing investment in sports-focused digital transformation partnerships as technology firms continue to play a larger role in shaping AI-powered sports and entertainment ecosystems.
