Havas Play pens down strategic collaboration with Gameplan Sports

The agreement between Havas Play and Gameplan Sports intends to combine the knowledge and resources of both agencies.

Havas Play, the sports, entertainment, and content division of Havas Media Network India, has inked a partnership with one of the nation’s oldest sports marketing firms, Gameplan Sports Pvt. Ltd.

The agreement intends to combine the knowledge and resources of both agencies. The collaboration will be responsible for managing players in major sports leagues for chess, cricket, football, badminton, kabaddi, tennis, and table tennis.

Additionally, it will feature sporting activities including matches, exhibitions, contests, tournaments, and more. Sports media services, including media consultancy, strategy, execution, sponsorship, and establishing IPs in the content and entertainment area will also be a part of the cooperation.

In order to create and develop this strategic collaboration and jointly pursue this new endeavour, Jeet Banerjee, Director, Gameplan Sports Pvt Ltd, and R Venkatsubramanian, President – Investments, Havas Media India and MD, Havas Play, will work together.
