The Pro Kabaddi League (PKL) team, Haryana Steelers, has announced a new sponsorship deal with India’s maiden sports tech partner, Atium Sports.
In this association, Atium Sports has been named as the sports tech partner.
The unveiling of the collaboration was done by the team through its social media handles, with the caption, “एक नया साथी! 🤝🏻 The Haryana Steelers family is proud to welcome on board Athlete Performance Intelligence platform ATIUM Sports as our Sports Tech Partner ahead of the 2022-23 Pro Kabaddi League Season. 💻 #ATIUM #ATIUMChampion”
This is the first sponsorship accord of the kabaddi team based in Panchkula, Haryana ahead of the commencement of the new season. Manpreet Singh and Neer Gulia are the Chief Coach and Coach respectively.
In the previous season, which was conducted between December 2021 – February 2022, Haryana Steelers finished seventh with 64 points. The team registered 10 victories and nine defeats.
The ninth edition of the PKL will commence on October 7, 2022, and will go until mid-December. The season’s league stage will be conducted across three cities, Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Pune.
