Harry Kane reassures his stay at Tottenham Hotspur

Manchester City's first bid of £100 million for Harry Kane was rejected by Tottenham Hotspur.

Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane has reassured the fans that he will be staying in London and won’t go anywhere else this summer transfer window. Kane has been heavily linked with the Premier League champions Manchester City with Pep Guardiola particularly interested in bringing the Englishman over to the Etihad.

Manchester City’s first bid of £100 million for Harry Kane was rejected by Tottenham Hotspur in June. However, that didn’t deter Manchester City as they came in with a new improved offer of £150 million, but even then, Daniel Levy and the company were reluctant to let go of Harry Kane.

It’s been an interesting saga with so many questions asked. In the end, Kane will be wearing Tottenham’s jersey this season. He took to Twitter to give assurance that he won’t be going anywhere.

Popular transfer window spokesman Fabrizio Romano confirmed, “Harry Kane has decided to respect Tottenham decisions and to be available for 2 weeks – this is why he was regularly playing vs Wolves. He’s not gonna break his relationship with the Spurs. Levy is turning down every approach for Man City. Last bid: €150m, refused.

According to recent reports, Cristiano Ronaldo is now pushing for a move to Manchester City. It’s all happening in this summer transfer window with so many incoming and outgoing players. Ronaldo’s agent is discussing a £230,000 per week contract with Manchester City.
