The former Indian cricketer, Mahendra Singh Dhoni turned 41 on July 7, 2022, i.e., today, he donned the Indian jersey from 2004 to 2019.

MS Dhoni captained the Indian national team in limited-overs formats from 2007 to 2017 and in Test cricket from 2008 to 2014.

Dhoni played as a wicket-keeper batsman. Apart from international cricket, Dhoni is also very successful in the Indian Premier League (IPL). He is currently the captain of the Chennai Super Kings (CSK) franchise. MS Dhoni’s Charitable Foundation raised £20,000 (18.62 lakh) in 2015 during the T20 fundraiser ‘Cricket for Heroes’ at The KIA Oval. The entire sum was given to the Indian Army to assist wounded and severely injured soldiers in the line of duty.

During the Covid-19 pandemic, Dhoni donated INR 1 lakh to Mukul Madhav, a Pune-based NGO, for charitable activities in healthcare, social welfare, and education.
